Terms of Service
Effective Date: January 1, 2025
By using the services provided by El Paso Bin Brothers, you agree to the following Terms of Service:
1. Service Overview
We offer trash can cleaning services, including the sanitation and deodorizing of the bins specified by the customer. Our services are provided on a scheduled basis, with regular appointments to ensure your trash cans remain clean and sanitary.
2. Scheduling & Postponements
- Scheduling: We service your bins the day after your trash has been picked up. This ensures that your bins have been emptied by the city regardless of their schedule.
- Blue Bin Full: In the case that your recycling bin had not been emptied due to the city, and we were not notified of rescheduling the visit, we will proceed to clean your trash bin only. We will include a $5 Blue Bin Full Discount on the invoice.
- Rescheduling: You may reschedule your service with at least 24 hours’ notice without incurring any charges. Any scheduled visit can be postponed for up to 14 days for free.
- Cancellation: If you choose to cancel a visit from your subscription, a $5 cancellation fee will apply.
3. Payments
- Payment Terms: Payment for services is due upon receipt of the invoice, and invoices must be settled within 7 days.
- Late Payment Fee: Any payment made after 7 days from the date of the invoice will incur a $5 late fee. Services may be suspended until full payment, including any late fees, is received.
4. Liability & Limitations
We will take all reasonable precautions to perform our services safely and professionally. However, we are not liable for any damage to your trash cans that may occur during the cleaning process, unless it results from our gross negligence.
5. Service Availability
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at our discretion, with prior notice to customers. If our services are unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control (such as weather conditions, equipment malfunction, changes to the city’s pick up schedule), we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule your service.
6. Customer Responsibilities
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that their trash cans are accessible and free from obstructions at the time of the scheduled service. If access is blocked or the trash cans are not present, we may need to reschedule the service and a rescheduling fee may apply.
7. Privacy & Data Collection
We respect your privacy and will only use the personal information provided for the purpose of delivering services, invoicing, and customer support.
8. Changes to Terms of Service
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Customers will be notified of any significant changes. By continuing to use our services, you agree to the updated terms.
